However, it failed to anticipate the rapid evolution of technology and consumer expectations, which, coupled with competition from tech giants like Apple in Silicon Valley, led to its dramatic decline to zero market share. The film narrates how communications evolved from being time-limited services (minutes of usage) to portable devices integrating data and multifunctional applications.

This example serves as a reflection on how analysts, thinkers, and programmers need to be prepared to handle and manage large volumes of information. Once data occupies the available space, its management becomes complicated, especially considering the costs associated with its storage and analysis.
